Jeep Wagoneer price drop brought back one of its most historical full-size SUVs after a three-decade hiatus and repositioned the Wagoneer and Grand Wagoneer as a premium extension of its brand. But their luxury-level price tags made them a tough sell for consumers and dealers alike, leading to sluggish sales that have dragged down parent company Stellantis’ profits. To fix that, the company is slashing prices on these two big models by as much as $7,000 and adding standard equipment to make them more competitive.
This latest move follows Jeep’s decision to cut thousands off the price of the 2025 Grand Cherokee, and its new CEO Antonio Filosa has made clear that he plans to bring this kind of pricing discipline across the lineup. The brand’s new standard equipment includes 20-inch aluminum wheels, adaptive cruise control, and lane-centering software, all of which were previously available as expensive options in higher-spec Grand Cherokee packages.
The Wagoneer line is getting a little more content, too, with the base model now offering a rearview camera and an infotainment system with a bigger touchscreen. And the longer Wagoneer L Series II 4×4 gets a $3,000 price cut, dropping its MSRP to $62,945.
